Becky Frewing
With over two decades of experience in the sports industry—beginning at a Premiership Football Club—I spent 10 years managing professional cycling teams and collaborating with renowned athletes and global brands. My journey has also led me through the world of start-ups and small businesses, where I've built a strong business network and understand the importance of having the right people on board.​

My roles have equipped me with a breadth of hands-on business expertise—from orchestrating global logistics and streamlining company operations to developing investor presentations and contributing to board-level strategy.
I’m passionate about the creative side of business—curating engaging content, overseeing social media, and bringing a brand’s visual identity to life.
A stickler for detail, I thrive on structure (and a good to-do list!) and treat every business I support with the same care and commitment as my own.
Claire Frewing
My working career begun in the Leisure Industry where I held Customer Service roles and led the Front of House operations just as the gym world went crazy!
I then spent 11 memorable years in Sydney, working as a Membership & Office Manager for a Trade Union supporting Australian Flight Attendants. The role was as varied as it was demanding—overseeing a small team, managing monthly payment cycles, and coordinating large-scale member communications.
After moving back to the UK, I started working with Becky as Office Manager for a cycling team and a nutrition company. I’ve always enjoyed bringing a bit of calm to the chaos—whether it’s setting up systems, keeping things ticking along, or just making sure the little tasks don’t pile up. Being organised comes naturally to me, and I get a real sense of satisfaction knowing I’m helping others focus on what they do best.
In recent years, I’ve loved working alongside a diverse range of businesses—no two days are the same! Whether it's streamlining systems or taking on the admin load, I thrive on helping teams stay organised while adapting to whatever challenges come our way.
